Hallo Ihr Lieben, wie ihr auf dem Bild erkennen könnt, konnte ich gestern eine Hochzeitstorte backen. Im Moment mache ich ja gerne etwas höhere Torten, dafür im Durchmesser etwas schmaler. Das gefällt mir einfach besser und meistens passt es auch zur Torte. Wie auch bei dieser Hochzeitstorte. Die Durchmesser waren in etwa 23cm, 18cm und 13cm. Dafür waren dann alle auch so um die 14cm hoch. Bei der mittleren Torte habe ich mich dann dazu entschlossen mit Royal Icing.
